Congratulations to C.J., Lincoln P., Karissa, Mason, Samuel R., Sarah who earned their Jr. Yellow Belt at the March 28th Belt Test!! We are proud of the all the hard work and training you showed at your test and leading up to it! Way to go!

Friday Night Fights

Friday Night Fights is open to all Traditional Keichu-Do students and Mighty Warrior students and is free of charge. Friday Night Fights will incorporate Sparring and Grappling techniques can give students another opportunity to reinforce what they have learned in class. Join us Friday, April 3rd and April 17th from 7:15pm-8:15pm. If you don’t have your own sparring gear, don’t worry we have gear you can borrow. Students do need to have their own mouth piece and boys need to wear groin cups.

Open Dojo

Open Dojo is for all Traditional Keichu-Do students and Mighty Warrior students. It’s an extra practice session to help you improve on the techniques you’ve been learning in class. Come and join us Saturday, April 4th, from 10:00am to 11:00am. Senseis will be there to help and guide students. Sign up at the Front Desk to attend.

Spring Break

The dojo will be closed April 6th through April 10th for Spring Break. Classes will resume on Monday, April 13th.

 

Parent's Night Out

Parent’s Night Out will be back next month. Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 9th!

April's Sensei's Challenge

Sensei’s Challenge for this month is Flutter Kicks. You’re challenged to do Flutter Kicks without stopping for 1 minutes. Let’s see who all will pass this challenge!

2026 Summer Day Program

It’s hard to believe but Summer is right around the corner. In addition to our regular classes we will also be offering special week long summer day programs. This is a great opportunity for students to get in further training and for siblings and friends to experience martial arts. Each week is a different focus and anyone can participate. No experience is required. Brochures will be available at the front desk and more information will be on our website soon.

•  6/23-6/27 - Mini Martial Arts (ages 5-7)

•  6/29-7/3 - Bully Takedown (ages 6 and up)

•  7/6-7/10 - Martial Arts Action Camp (ages 6 and up)

•  7/13-7/17 - Weapons - Kama (ages 6 and up)
