Strictly Self-Defense

Our six session personalize self-defense course is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and ability to defend oneself.

 

We teach quick, simple and effective techniques to stop an attacker. Individuals will learn:

  • Effective kicks, strikes, and blocks

  • Application of each technique

  • Vulnerable areas of the body

  • Basic ground fighting

 

Strictly Self-Defense is open to adults and as well as teenagers. Our six session Strictly Self-Defense program can be arranged to fit into your schedule.
