Strictly Self-Defense
Our six session personalize self-defense course is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and ability to defend oneself.
We teach quick, simple and effective techniques to stop an attacker. Individuals will learn:

Effective kicks, strikes, and blocks

Application of each technique

Vulnerable areas of the body

Basic ground fighting
Strictly Self-Defense is open to adults and as well as teenagers. Our six session Strictly Self-Defense program can be arranged to fit into your schedule.
