2025 Summer Day Programs
Make this summer the best summer ever with our exciting Martial Arts Day Programs. Enjoy martial arts training along with fun and challenging games and drills designed to help you not only learn martial arts but also improve your focus, control, coordination, and much more. Choose from 4 weeks, each with a different martial arts focus. Programs are open to beginners as well as the more advanced students. Choose one or more weeks. Space is limited, so register today!

Mini Martial Arts (ages 5 - 7)
June 23rd thru June 27th

The perfect program for ages five, six, and seven. Everyday has a different focus. From punches to kicks to combos to coordination drills and self-defense, each student is sure to have a blast during Mini Martial Arts.
Strike First Skillz & Drillz (ages 6 & up)
July 14th thru July 18th

Strike First Skillz & Drillz is all about leveling up your striking game. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, this week is for you. You’ll learn basic and advanced combinations, increase your speed, and improve your timing. Don’t miss out on all the fun, drills, and skills that will help you take your striking to the next level.
Martial Arts Action Camp (ages 6 & up)
July 7th thru July 11th

Get ready to star in your own action movie. Students are taught the basics of martial arts and self-defense as well as how to use control and work together as a team. Each student will star in their own action movie and receive a DVD copy.
Weapons - Sai (ages 6 & up)
July 28th thru August 1st
Learn the art of the Sai (think Raphael - Ninja Turtles). Build strength, develop discipline, and learn how to move the Sai with ease. Students are taught proper Sai techniques and the responsibility required when learning weapons. Lessons are reinforced with exciting drills and challenges as well as fun martial art games.
Please Note: Registration will remain open until the first day of each week's program unless the program has reached the maximum number of students enrolled prior to its start.
